Who I Am

Hi, I'm Audrey — an HR generalist and operations specialist with 10+ years of experience helping founder-led businesses and growing teams build the people infrastructure they need to scale.

I started VirtuaLee Solutions because I kept seeing the same gap: companies past the startup stage but not yet ready for a full-time HR hire. They needed someone who could build real HR systems — compensation frameworks, performance review cycles, onboarding programs, compliance documentation — not just check boxes. That's what I do.

My clients range from outdoor lifestyle brands to clean beauty companies to martial arts schools. What they have in common is that they're growing fast, run lean, and need a trusted partner who can operate with discretion and move quickly. I work as a fractional HR and executive support partner — embedded enough to actually understand your business, flexible enough to scale up or down as your needs change.
